We also offer Expedited Shipping at checkout for customers who would like to receive their order sooner.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and is on its way to your specified address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While Tinnitro™ is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier, we will help by following up with the carrier on your behalf.
In certain situations, we may offer a replacement package at our discretion.
Please note that lost or stolen packages are not covered under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
